Established in 1994, MYO is a unique self-service lunch system, which invites patrons to 'Make Your Own' sandwiches, salads and pizzas using a selection of 65 ingredients. With 19 branches in Australia and 11 in Europe and Canada, MYO hopes to expand its franchise to 50 Australian stores by 2011.
While MYO’s core concept is ingeniously simple, it was felt that the brand wasn’t delivering on its potential, and with an aggressive expansion plan in place, MYO’s new management bought in Block to revitalise the brand. Block’s mandate was to look at all aspects of the brand from the store out.
Block have taken MYO back to their core offering of choice delivered with freshness. MYO is all about having your lunch exactly the way you like it.
From the store redesign, through all aspects of the brand experience, Block took a customer’s point-of-view and sought to deliver a fresh experience at every point of contact with the brand.
The rebranding project will roll out to existing stores over the next twelve months.
