BLOCK’S YEAR IN REVIEW

In April Block turned 17. As is our tradition, we’ve collected the highlights of the previous 12 months into our very own Annual and reel.

2018 was the year when our clients’ needs challenged us to move beyond what would be considered the purview of an ‘agency’ and move further up the chain. Not only did we help clients find solutions but, very often, we developed processes by which they could define the problems they were confronting.

Working with a truly inspiring group of clients and partners, we created products, experiences and new business ideas. The diversity of the projects we took on over the year has been staggering; everything from helping clients prepare their businesses for sale to multi-nationals, to explaining complex tech products to the un-techie, to sparking joy with food and beverage launches.

As Campaign Brief Magazine put it, ‘Block has always been a unique business in Perth. Multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary, it defies easy categorisation. However, the common thread is that whatever it undertakes is executed to the highest possible standard.’

In addition to the creative highlights, the Annual discusses how the Block team have brought communities together behind brands this year.

Let us know if the digital version just isn’t enough for you, and we’ll pop an oversize, non-virtual, actually-printed copy in the mail for you.
